    UHF Satcom MUOS Diplexer description

    DPLU-0310-680 MUOS Diplexer, isolates new MUOS Downlink (RX) signals from Uplink transmitted energy. It also manages Legacy and Modern waveforms available from MUOS payloads, enabling a single antenna to support all UHF Satcom modes supported by existing field radios. Currently, a separate RF connector is required for the MUOS WCDMA downlink. This Diplexer supports such requirement.

    Diplexers are bidirectional and linear. This means that the direction of a signal traversing it, transmit/outgoing or receive/incoming, are both supported simultaneously. Signals passing the device are not generally distorted, other than in their relative amplitude, phase and group delay, so long as the power levels are within the specified values. The DPLU-0310-680 has a fairly flat dispersion and group delay within the active spectrum of UHF Satcom.
