The UC-2334-341LSA is a Quadrifilar Helix Antenna (4 cm/1.5" OD x 11 cm/4.5" H) designed for use with American Satellite Radio receivers and systems (XM* and Sirius*, * registered Marks). This antenna is compatible with both US services simultaneously.

It features a built-in, robust (+24 dBm IIP3, +20 dBm P1dB), +10 dB Low Noise Amplifier with a dual, high rejection filter. This combination of a small QFHA, a tough LNA and a high-rejection filter makes the UC-2334-341LSA an ideal antenna for harsh electromagnetic environments, or in applications where perfromance is affected by out-of-band interference from other devices. The Quadrifilar Helix design is more forgiving than a patch antenna, giving you more installation options and opportunities.

LNA power is provided by your Satellite Radio receiver through the coaxial cable. No external power supplies are necessary. The UC-2334-341LSA is very tolerant of wide voltage variations and voltage range. Minimum supply voltage for nominal operation is +5.5 VDC. Operation at lower voltages gracefully derates performance of the LNA.

To determine the approximate loss of coaxial cables available in antennas.us products, click on the appropriate chart below and multiply the unit length attenuation from the graph by the total length requested in the same unit of measure, for example: a 10 m length of LMR-195 cable at 1.575 GHZ (GPS L1 frequency) has an attenuation of 0.48 dB/m x 10 m = 4.8 dB (output is about a third of the original power).
