Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) are used to enhance the sensitivity of receivers. They do so by lowering the overall Noise Figure of the receiving system. LNAs are also used to overcome the loss of long cable. To accomplish this, the Low Noise Amplifier is connected directly to the antenna, before the long cable. All of our LNA products accept their power from the same coaxial cable delivering the signals. Alternatively, power may be applied directly to the amplifier. Some of our LNAs are intelligent and/or include an internal switch, so they can support bidirectional signal flow (Transmit & Receive).
All Low Noise Amplifiers in this catalog are designed and manufactured at our facility. We can customize or provide LNAs with specific requirements outside the products shown. Call us at 954-345-5000 for your custom applications.
