Backpack/Belt clip-on, all-inclusive UHF antenna, designed for tactical and rapid deployment UHF SATCOM & LOS communications. Its lightweight (1 lb) and small form factor (pouch is approx. 8"x4"x4") keeps the operator burden to a minimum. Even while wearing gloves, deployment takes about 1 minute.
For multi-mission applications, the radiating element assembly can be used interchangeably with any NMO style Mobile Radio Antenna in this catalog operating above 200 MHz. Custom alternative elements may be obtained in this store (see model UL-4000-319-CF), or from www.myerseng.com, to assemble a comprehensive and specialized, lightweight tactical mission kit. An NMO mount and a 10 ft length of waterproof, low-loss coaxial cable, terminated in an N Male connector are included in the UL-3000-330 kit.
